Introduction
- Suit for most of coiled materials, including HR, CR, aluminium, stainless steel, etc.
- TL models are economical straighteners designed for sheet metal from 0.5 to 3.0mm.
- The max. coil width that can be handled is up to 1600mm.
- Rolls are made from heat-treated alloy steel with hard chrome plating and precision ground, which have high-hardness and anti-friction features.
- The depths of upper rolls are adjusted individually by hand wheels with reference indicator on the side of the frame.
- User-friendly control panel and simple structure make it easier for operator to run the machine.
- Equipped with inverter, TL models use a manually adjustable speed control knob to let the operator set the payoff speed. (Option)
- All electronic components are from famous brands in the world, such as Simens, Schneider, Mitsubishi. TL models have longer lifetime and less maintanence.
